Why humidity matters

Full-grain leather is natural and breathable, which means it both absorbs and releases moisture. In a coastal city like Đà Nẵng, where humidity often sits above 80%, untreated leather can feel damp and, in the worst case, grow surface mould.

Our three habits

1. Air, don't seal. Store bags in a breathable cotton dust bag, never a plastic one.
2. Wipe weekly. A dry microfibre cloth lifts surface moisture before it settles.
3. Condition monthly. A thin coat of natural leather balm keeps fibres supple.

If you see mould

Don't panic. Wipe it off with a cloth lightly dampened in a 1:1 water-and-vinegar mix, let it dry fully in shade, then condition. Caught early, it leaves no mark.
