These terms govern your use of the AnnamMade store and any purchase you make from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. We've kept the language plain and fair; this is a standard set of terms, not a substitute for legal advice.
About us
AnnamMade is a handcrafted leather and upcycled-goods studio based at 42 Trần Xuân Lê, Thanh Khê, Đà Nẵng, Việt Nam. You can reach us any time at contact@annammade.com or +84 932 862 064.
Orders and acceptance
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once we accept it and send a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or we cannot verify payment — and if you've already paid, we'll refund you in full.
Products and handmade variation
Our goods are handmade, often from natural leather and upcycled materials. Small variations in grain, colour, texture, and finish are inherent and are not defects — they're part of what makes each piece one of a kind. We describe and photograph items as accurately as we can.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency on the product page and may change over time. Payment is taken at checkout via PayPal, or by bank transfer / Wise where offered. We do not store your card or bank details. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are your responsibility.
Custom and personalized orders
Made-to-order and personalized items are produced specifically for you. Because they can't be resold, they are final sale — please double-check your specifications (names, initials, sizing, colours) before ordering. Standard processing is 3–5 business days; custom work takes 5–7. See our Shipping Policy for delivery details.
Returns and your rights
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or wrong through our error, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Full details and any statutory consumer rights that apply to you are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
All content on this site — designs, photos, text, and the AnnamMade name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected as described in our Intellectual Property policy. Please use the site lawfully: don't attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or misuse our content.
Liability and contact
We provide the site and our products in good faith and to a high standard, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses; nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
