Shipping Policy

Every order ships from our studio in Đà Nẵng, Việt Nam, and we deliver worldwide. Here's exactly how long things take, who carries your parcel, and what to expect at your border.
Processing time
Most orders are made and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Custom and personalized pieces take 5–7 business days depending on complexity. Processing time is separate from the shipping transit time below. If anything is likely to take longer, we'll email you.
Carriers and delivery estimates
We ship from Đà Nẵng using: • Vietnam Post EMS — estimated 7–14 days in transit, a great-value option. • DHL Express — estimated 3–6 days in transit, our fastest option. Estimates are for transit after dispatch and can vary with destination, season, and customs. They are not guarantees.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Once your parcel is dispatched we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If tracking hasn't updated for a while, reach out and we'll chase it with the carrier.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and the carrier you choose. You'll always see the full cost before you pay.
Customs, duties, and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by your country. These are set by your local authorities, are not included in our prices or shipping charges, and are the buyer's responsibility. We can't predict or refund them.
Addresses and delivery issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address you provided. If a parcel is lost, badly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@annammade.com and we'll help resolve it with the carrier.
