AnnamMade is a small handcrafted leather and upcycled-goods studio based in Đà Nẵng, Việt Nam, shipping worldwide. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain and honest — this is a standard informational policy, not a substitute for legal advice.
Who we are

What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the shop: • Contact details — your name and email address, and phone number if you provide one. • Shipping address — so your order reaches you. • Order history — what you bought, when, and any customization notes. • Account data — if you create an account, your login is handled by Supabase (email and a securely hashed password; we never see your password). • Payment — payments are processed by PayPal (and, for bank transfer, our bank or Wise). We do NOT store or ever see your full card or bank details. • Technical data — basic device, browser, and usage data via cookies and analytics (see our Cookie Policy).
Why we use it
We use your information to process and ship orders, provide customer support, send order and shipping updates, prevent fraud, meet our tax and accounting obligations, and — only if you opt in — send occasional news about new work. We rely on your consent for marketing and on the performance of our contract with you (fulfilling your order) for the rest.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that make the shop work: PayPal (payments), Supabase (accounts and authentication), Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery), Resend (transactional email), and Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics (site analytics). To deliver your order we share your shipping details with our carriers — Vietnam Post (EMS) and DHL Express — and, where required, with customs authorities.
International transfers
We ship worldwide and some of our providers process data outside Việt Nam, including in the United States and the European Union. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on the providers' own safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to keep your information protected to a comparable standard.
How long we keep it
We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements (typically several years). Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account. We remove or anonymise data we no longer need.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, or to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. If you are in the EU/UK, these rights are guaranteed by the GDPR; we honour equivalent requests from everyone.
