Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you receive. If there's a problem with your order — a defect, damage in transit, or an error on our part — please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Because many of our items are made to order or customized, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. Custom and personalized orders are final sale.
Processing Time
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may require 5–7 business days depending on complexity. We'll always communicate with you if anything changes.
Shipping
We ship from Đà Nẵng, Vietnam via Vietnam Post EMS (estimated 7–14 days) or DHL Express (estimated 3–6 days). Tracking is provided for all orders. International orders may be subject to customs duties in your country — these are the buyer's responsibility.
